Assembling
1. Make sure the direction, and put the LAMP EXHAUST FAN on the LAMP DOOR. Make the
labeled side face LAMP DOOR (outside), and pull out the fan cable from the side near the other
lamp cover assembly.
2. Wire each fan cable as illustrated below. Pass the fan cable through the hole on the LAMP
DOOR, and connect it to the LAMP DOOR PCB. Be sure to push in the fan cable between the
cable fastener to avoid pinching.
3. Put the fan cover and the lamp cover wire on the LAMP DOOR, and screw them down.
leave some play for engagement between the lamp cover connectors.
5. Screw the other end of the lamp cover wire on the LAMP EXHAUST DUCT as before.

torque: 0.68~0.88N·m

LAMP EXHAUST FAN
(non-labeled side)
Pull out the fan cable.
Fan cover
Pass the LAMP EXHAUST
FAN cable through the
hole, and connect it to the
LAMP DOOR PCB.
Lamp cover wire
Pass the cable around the boss with screw
hole, and fasten the cable between the able
fastener to avoid pinching. Make sure no
wire rests on the top of the boss.
