As replacement of UPPER CASE
Remember to detach the shading sheets and re-use
them with new UPPER CASE. The service parts do
not include the sheets.
Attach the shading sheet-1 and -2 in turn.
CW UP EXHAUST DUCT
Disassembling
Remove 3 screws, and put the wires away
from the hooks.
Assembling
Put the CW UP EXHAUST DUCT on the
Wiring
Wire the cable around CW UP EXHAUST
DUCT as below after attaching it.
Be sure that no wire is left above the duct
except for CNCS2, especially about CNDMC,
IRIS cable, CNHS, CNBL1, and CNBL2.
Pass CNSSV under the duct.
Pass the cables on the duct side
of the boss to avoid pinching with
the UPPER CASE.
Make sure no wire rests on the
top of the boss.

DC RELAY PCB
T3x12, black screw,
torque: 0.68~0.88N·m
Pass CNDCR, CNBL1 and CNBL2 under
the duct and through 4 hooks. Add the
IRIS cable to the 4th, rightmost hook.

Put the rib on the UPPER
CASE into the slot of the
UPPER CASE
T3x12, black screw,
torque: 0.68~0.88N·m
CW UP EXHAUST DUCT
M3x6, silver screw,
torque: 0.39~0.59N·m
