I/O COVER, USB MINI COVER
Disassembling
1) Remove a screw to detach USB MINI COVER.
2) Remove a screw and release 4 hooks on the I/O
COVER from the I/O METAL.
3) Turn the block over, and remove 2 screws fastening the
KEYPAD PCB block (frame of the CONTROL BUTTON).
Assembling
1) Screw down the KEYPAD PCB block to the I/O COVER
as before.
2) Fasten the I/O COVER on the block (I/O metal) at 4
hooks, and screw it down.
3) Screw the USB MINI COVER down as before.
MAIN / INPUT PCB
Disassembling
( DWU851/DWX851 )
NOTE:
Detach the I/O COVER (and USB MINI COVER) before disassembling.
1) Disconnect the 4 harnesses from the INPUT PCB.
2) <MAIN PCB>
Remove 8 screws on the I/O METAL and a screw on
the MAIN PCB to detach the MAIN PCB.
<INPUT PCB>
Remove 5 screws on the I/O METAL and a screw on
the INPUT PCB to detach the INPUT PCB.
Screws for
MAIN PCB
M2.6, hexagon screw, torque: 0.39~0.59N·m
Screws for
INPUT PCB
T3x8, black screw, torque: 0.39~0.59N·m
NOTE:
A shading sheet behind the I/O METAL is going to come out with the MAIN PCB. Detach also the
harnesses and re-use them with new MAIN PCB when you replace it.
