BALLAST UNIT (BALLAST FAN, POWER UNIT1/2 BALLAST,
SENSOR-A/B PCB, DC RELAY PCB)
Disassembling
1) Disconnect all the remained cables on the DC RELAY PCB, remove 2
screws to detach the PCB.
2) Remove 2 screws to detach the ballast shield.
Assembling
1) Attach the ballast shield on the ballast cover and screw down.
2) Attach the DC RELAY PCB on the ballast cover and screw down.

Wiring
1) Connect the BALLAST FAN, IRIS FAN and
LAMP1 DOWN FAN cables, CNISS and CNOSS.
2) Connect CNSSV, CNDCR, LAMP1 UP FAN and
CWC MOTOR cables.
3) Wire the cables as below.

(for the ballast shield)
M3x12 black screws

Wire the IRIS FAN
cable by the right
side of this rib.
Do not wire the LAMP1 DOWN
FAN cable behind this boss.
Magnified view
Hold the LAMP1 DOWN FAN
cable by the right side groove.
[CAUTION]
Make sure the cables do not
come loose before attaching the
Engine Assembly.
Torque:
0.39-0.59N m
Torque:
0.68 0.88N m 0 68-0 88N m
Confirm CNBL1 is not
pinched by the case.
