The 24 V power and I/O bus and GND signals to be applied from one module to another
are connected through the connectors on the terminal blocks of the individual modules.
The connectors have a current capacity of 2 A maximum. An increase in the number of
modules may cause a current consumption of more than 2A. A single module
configuration must be such that current consumption will be less than 2 A.
If the current consumption of the 24 V power supply exceeds 2 A, a separate module
configuration is needed. In such a case, use an IO bus terminal unit (UT5U11) to
connect I/O bus signals from one separated module to another and supply 24 V power to
them.
