• L1PU11H → Computer link used → Located at the end of the link → ON
Computer link not used → ON
• L1PU12H used→ON
• TB522 used→ON
Start the system observing the following procedures.
Turn on the power switch for model 1000.
(1) Combine an AC power module, a CPU module, a transmission module, I/O
modules, and loop display units in accordance with the system requirements.
(2) Connect transmission cables and sensor connecting cables to the cable
connectors of individual modules and the terminal blocks.
(3) Set a station address on the I/O bus using the station address setting switches
on each I/O module, exercising care not to use duplicated addresses.
(4) When TOSLINE-S20LP or Ethernet is to be connected, set a station address on
the I/O bus using the station address setting switches on the CPU module,
exercising care not to use duplicate addresses on the same bus.
(5) Turn on the power.
• CPU module
If no error is detected in the initial diagnosis after initial start, the module will
be in the download waiting state (RUN-LED: OFF, HARD-LED: ON, SOFT-
LED: Blinking).
• I/O modules
If no error is detected in the initial diagnosis after initial start, the modules will
be in the waiting state (RUN-LED: ON, ALM-LED: ON).
(1) Set the system to suit the application downloaded to the CPU module.
(2) Turn on the power.
• CPU module
If no error is detected in the initial diagnosis after initial start, the module will
be in the RUN state (RUN-LED: ON, HARD-LED: ON, SOFT-LED: ON).
• I/O modules
If no error is detected in the initial diagnosis after initial start, the modules will
be in the RUN state (RUN-LED: ON, ALM-LED: OFF).
