General information

This device provides the following communication options:
● ELAN interface (RS485 integrated)
● SIPROM GA (via the optional interface converter)
● PROFIBUS DP/PA (via the optional interface converter)
● USB interface (via the optional interface converter)

ELAN interface

ELAN interface
ELAN is a standard integrated serial interface (RS485) which allows communication with
several analyzers. It networks up to 12 analyzers.
The functional principle of the ELAN interface is shown in the following figure:
