Leveling Procedure

Step
Begin by adjusting the machine to its approximate required height.

Place a spirit (bubble) level on the front edge of the cabinet frame.

Adjust the Unload End and Load End leveling legs by using a

crescent wrench to turn each leg at the bottom. Adjust the legs until
the spirit level indicates proper positioning.
Level the system from Front to Rear by placing a spirit level across

the conveyor mesh belt or across the pin chain rail guards.
Alternately, use a magnetic level to secure it to the bottom of the
machine panel. Adjust the two (2) Load or Unload leveling legs until
the spirit level indicates a level condition.
Repeat Steps 3 and 4 for the opposite end of the machine.

When the machine is level from Front to Rear, it is necessary to

re‡check the leveling at the front of the machin for Load to Unload
level position, as done in Step 3. If it is necessary to correct the
leveling position, adjust the legs at the front and rear equally to
avoid disturbing the Front to Rear leveling.
When the four (4) legs are properly positioned, secure them by

tightening the locking nut on each leg. Refer to A.
