Table 1: Standard System Installation Checklist
Verify continuous seal around heating chamber
gasket
Operate conveyor and verify speed accuracy
Verify photocell is working
Verify all blowers properly function
Start machine in AUTO Mode and run a test rec-
ipe, allowing machine to reach temperature set-
point.
Stop machine in AUTO Stop Mode and verify that
the blowers stay On until the temperature drops
below 95° C (203° F)

Procedure:
Verify Pin Chain Conveyor is lubricated
Verify rails are not bent or warped and are parallel
within tolerance
Verify Width Adjust works properly
Inert Chamber
Verify oxygen levels are below 50 ppm with nitro-
gen set to 1500 SCFH; Convection at Med–Low
Verify coolant flow. An alarm activates if coolant
flow is not present.
