Table 1: Standard System Installation Checklist
Procedure:
Remove Bravo™ System from crate
Verify that all parts of the machine are present
Perform height and leveling adjustment
Install computer and monitor
Make utility connections from facility to Bravo™
system if applicable.
Verify that the electrical components and wiring is
secure
Verify the machine name plate voltage on the
machine
Verify facility and machine voltage
Verify software is configured with correct options
Verify ease of operation of doors, panels and hood
covers
Open hood by lifting hood at handles and releas-
ing snap locks on chamber
Verify thermocouples are secure to heater diffuser
panels.
Connect and verify facility exhaust
