CamDisc HNVR Product Guide
3.7.6
HYBRID Card 4
On the basic device CamDisc HNVR 10, the BNC sockets for analogue cameras are not activated. To use
them, you require the HYBRID Card 4, which is available separately. A CamDisc HNVR 10 supports a
maximum of two such expansion cards, which together make it possible to operate a total of eight analogue
cameras. A single HYBRID Card 4 makes it possible to operate up to four analogue cameras. The number of
analogue inputs used reduces the number of IP cameras possible on the CamDisc HNVR 10. In total, a
maximum of 10 cameras are supported.
Installing and mounting the HYBRID Card 4
When installing the HYBRID Card 4, always follow the installation instructions that come with the card.
The individual installation stages, including a function test, are described in these instructions.
Programming of the HYBRID Card 4
To set the parameters on the HYBRID Card 4, open the dialogue window Recorder settings/HYBRID Card 4
using your CamControl LITE or CamControl PRO software (minimum requirement: Version 3.86 in each
case).
Installed HYBRID Card 4
The graphic shows the recorder settings for a CamDisc HNVR with an installed HYBRID Card 4. For the
individual camera channels for the expansion card, the DSP information is displayed (e.g. BF547 / 01.02 /
00.02/ 01.00).
The Enabled option allows you to take the relevant analogue video inputs into operation.
