3. When authenticated, the display of the fingerprint switches as shown below and Windows starts up.
If fingerprint authentication failed three times, the computer turns off.

You can switch to password input by pressing the ≪ Esc≫ key.

Uninstalling the fingerprint authentication function
Perform the following procedure to delete the device's fingerprint authentication utility.
1. Click
(Start) -
2. Click [Remove] under "Fingerprint" in "Windows Hello".
To remove the fingerprint authentication function after the Windows reinstallation, perform the procedure below.

1. Select [Clear the fingerprint data] in [Fingerprint Security] in the [Security] menu of the Setup Utility, and select [Yes].
Do not perform this procedure other than after the Windows reinstallation.
