11 WARRANTY AND MANUFACTURER'S LIABILITY
IGEA manufacturer is responsible for the safety, trust and performance of the equipment only if:
1.
The installation of the system is carried out by a qualified technician authorised by the
manufacturer.
2.
Modifications, repairs and software or hardware updates are done only by the
manufacturer or by authorised and qualified staff.
3.
The system was not opened or tampered with by the operator or by non authorised
persons.
4.
The system and its parts are used in compliance with the user instructions of the present
manual.
5.
The equipment and its parts still have all the protection devices applied by the
manufacturer except for the particular cases anticipated and described in this manual.
6.
Remote connection to the unit is in compliance with the procedures described in this
manual by IGEA.
7.
The operator regularly performs each checking procedure and/or equipment calibration
according to what is written in this manual.
8.
Only software applications supplied or authorised in writing by the manufacturer
have been installed or loaded on the system.
9.
The system shows the original configuration set up by the manufacturer.
The warranty is valid only for the restoration of the complete operation of the system and does
not cover any side effects such as loss of data or other damage arising from improper use or
negligence.
