2. Installation

2.1 Tools

2.1.1 Tools required

The following tools are required to install the controller:
Tool
Conducting wrist strap
Flat-bladed screwdriver with 3.2 mm (1/8") tip
Do not use power tools to tighten the screws. Too much torque will damage the controller and
the terminal blocks.

2.2 Wiring and terminals

2.2.1 Connection of 1-phase voltage
The drawing below shows the connection of the generator to the controller terminals, for a 1-phase voltage
system. Refer to the wiring diagram for more information.

Prevent electrostatic discharge damage to controller
Tighten the mounting screw clamps (optional).
Tighten terminal block screws.
