Custom Mode

Procedure:
Navigate to Menu->Features->DSS Keys, and then select a desired line key.

Select Key Event from the Type field.

Select Forward (FWD) from the Key Type field.

(Optional.) Enter the string that will display on the LCD screen in the Label field.

Configuring a Transfer Key
You can perform a Blind, Semi-Attended or Attended Transfer by pressing the transfer key
during a call.
Procedure:
Navigate to Menu->Features->DSS Keys, and then select a desired line key.

(Optional.) Enter the string that will display on the LCD screen in the Label field.

(Optional.) Enter the destination number you want to transfer the call to in the Value field.
