Answering a Call on the Shared Line
When an incoming call arrives on the shared line, the phones of boss and secretary will ring
simultaneously. The LED indicators of the line key 1 on both boss's and secretary's phones will
flash green. The incoming call can be answered either by boss or secretary but not both.
Procedure:

Boss
Press the line key 1, the
Speakerphone key, OK key or
Secretary Answer on the phone.
Answering Multiple Calls on the Shared Line
An incoming call arrives on the shared line when there is an active call on line key 1 of boss
phone. The incoming call can be answered either by boss or secretary but not both. The LCD
screen of boss phone displays the information of the incoming call").

Make sure call waiting feature is enabled on boss's phone. For more information, refer to
