Holding/Resuming a Conference Call
When you place a conference call on hold, both the other two participants are placed on hold.
The other two participants cannot hear the audio of each other until you resume the held
conference call.
Procedure:
Press the HOLD key or Hold to place the conference on hold.

When the conference is placed on hold, you can press New Call to place a new call.
Press the HOLD key again or Resume to resume the held conference call.

Muting and Unmuting a Conference Call
You can mute the local microphone during a conference call so that the other two participants
can hear each other except you.
Procedure:
Press the MUTE key to mute the conference.

Splitting a Conference Call
You can split the conference call into two individual calls. After you split a conference call, the
conference call is ending, and the other two parties are held. You can resume one of the hold
calls.
