Open the ASF (Automatic Sheet
Feeder) cover by moving it forward.
See the illustration on the right.

Bend the new stack of paper a few
times.
Note: Only use fresh unmarked paper.

Load the paper into the feeder.
Note: Make sure that the edge of the pa-
per is correctly set.
The ASF can stack up to 150 sheets.

Move the left guide to the right until it
makes contact with the paper.

Close the ASF cover carefully.

Set the paper supporter.
