Date and Time
This machine has an internal clock which is used for the following:
The time shown on the display
The date and time printed on fax messages you send
Send Later and Poll Later
Program the correct date and time with the procedure below.

Press the Function key and 4,0 using
the Ten Key Pad.

Press the Yes key.

Enter the date and time with the Ten
Key Pad (press the Clear key to move
the cursor).
Then press the Yes key.
Speaker Volume
These steps allow you to change the speaker volume. The are 8 volume levels.

Press the Function key and 4,1 using
the Ten Key Pad.

Press the Yes key.
3
Select the level with the * (decrease)
and # (increase) keys and press the
Yes key.
