2. Piping between
Be sure to open the cornered knock out hole on the left panel of the sub unit when connecting the
Main Unit (RXY-)
branch piping between outdoor units.
and Sub Unit (RXE-)
Note:
After brazing, pass the connection cable through the through-slots. Pass the connection cable through
the through-slots only with flange disconnected. (If the flange is still connected, the connector of the
connection cable will not pass through.)
3. Piping Limitation
Make sure to perform the piping installation within the range of the maximum allowable pipe length,
allowable level difference and allowable length after branching as indicated in chapter "Example of
connection".
4. REFNET Joint
For installation of the refrigerant branching kit, refer to the installation manual delivered with the kit.
Mount the REFNET joint so that it branches either horizontally or vertically.
