Troubleshoot Errors

To troubleshoot the error:
1. Press the soft key next to "Help With This Error"
for help with the active error.
2. The QR code screen will be displayed. Scan
the QR code with your mobile device to be sent
directly to online troubleshooting for the active
error code. Otherwise, manually navigate to
help.graco.com
and search for the active error.

3. If no internet connection is available, see Error
Clear Alarm
When a deviation or alarm occurs, be sure to
determine the error code before resetting it.
If an alarm has occurred, correct the cause before
