Error signalling

Errors arising during tractor operation are indicated by activation of the corresponding signal lamp, acoustic
signal and error code on the display of the instrument panel.
If the error is not eliminated or the indicated state has not returned to a normal state, the corresponding
signal lamp is activated:
1, 2, 3 - Defects of the engine are indicated by activation of the signal lamp red (1) or orange (2) and
simultaneous display of the error code on the display of the instrument panel (3); if an error is indicated when
the engine is running, shut off the engine and contact the service centre.
4 - If the charging signal lamp (dark red) is activated when the engine is running, contact the service centre.
5 - If the engine lubrication signal lamp (dark red) is activated when the engine is running, shut off the engine
immediately and contact the service centre.
6 - If the signal lamp of the brake system failure (dark red) is activated when the tractor is operated, stop the
tractor and contact the service centre.
7 - Signal lamp of full engine air filter (dark red). If the signal lamp is activated when the engine is running,
maintenance of the engine air filter must be performed. More information in chapter MAINTENENCE
GUIDELINES.
8 - Signal lamp of minimum air pressure in brake system (dark red). It is activated with the air pressure drop
for air brakes of trailer below the critical limit. If it is activated when the tractor with the trailer or semi-trailer is
operated, stop the tractor and wait until the air pressure increases and the signal lamp is deactivated.
9 - Signal lamp (dark red) of a failure in the hydrostatic control system. If the signal lamp is on when the
engine is running, it indicates a failure of the hydrostatic control system; if the signal lamp is activated when
the tractor is operated, stop the tractor and contact the service centre. When starting the tractor or at low
engine revolutions, the signal lamp may flash. If after starting or after increase of engine revolutions the
signal lamp is deactivated, it is not a defect. The system is in order.
10 - If the fault signal lamp of the trailer brakes (dark red) is activated when the tractor with the trailer or
semi-trailer is operated, stop the tractor and contact the service centre.
11 - Signal lamp of cooling liquid overheating. It is on when the temperature of the cooling liquid exceeds
110oC. If this situation occurs, interrupt the work and leave the engine running at idling speed until the
temperature of the cooling liquid is decreased and the signal lamp stops flashing.
If the temperature of the cooling liquid when the engine is running at idling speed does not drop, stop the
engine and check the amount of the cooling liquid. If the amount of the cooling liquid is right, contact the
service centre.
Information display - warning indication of the hand brake
The hand brake symbol is displayed on the display of the
instrument panel when the engine is running in case that
the operator leaves the driver's seat and the hand brake is
not engaged. Indication of the hand brake symbol is
accompanied by an acoustic signal.
In case that this situation occurs, the operator must
activate the hand brake or sit back on the driver's seat.
