Maintenance concept
6.1.1
Important maintenance information

Maintaining the device
Disconnect the gas and power supply before opening the device.
Only carry out setting work with appropriate tools in order to prevent short circuits on the
electronic boards.
If installation or calibration is faulty, dangerous gas may escape under certain
circumstances. In this case, there is a health hazard for the personnel (symptoms of
poisoning, chemical burns), and corrosion damage could occur on the device.
6.1.2
Exchange of motherboard and optional board
The motherboard, optional board and adapter board can be easily exchanged/retrofit.
Installing/removing the motherboard
To remove, proceed as follows:
1. Disconnect the device from the mains.
2. Loosen the screws on the housing cover and remove it.
3. Remove the data plug from the back wall of the housing.
4. Unscrew the three screws which are between the SUB-D plug connectors on the rear of
5. Pull the plug connectors of the flat ribbon cables from the motherboard.
6. Carefully remove the motherboard.
To install the boards, carry out the same steps in the opposite order.
