changes in this function, however.

You can calibrate the device using the functions available in this menu. Press the fifth
softkey "...continue" to get to further functions.
This menu is protected by the code of code level 1.
The FIDAMAT 6 offers both the option of a manual as well as automatic calibration (function
24). The latter is only possible in with an optional board which contains an additional eight
binary and relay outputs.
The setpoints for the zero and span calibration are entered under function 22.
Calibrate with test gases which are close to the sample gas in composition and
concentration. When the measuring task is to measure hydrocarbons in nitrogen, you should
also use hydrocarbons in nitrogen as the test gas. If you use, for example, propane in
synthetic air instead, the measurement is falsified by the response factor of methane with
respect to propane and by the oxygen error.
