calibration over the phone.

Transient calibration
The Transient unit includes two processing boards—a Main Processor board and a
Transient board. Both boards include separate Digital Signal Processors. The DSP on the
Transient board uses an internal calibration table, in much the same way that the Main
Processor DSP circuit does. However, it is calibrated separately, and not as part of a DSP
calibration for a Main Processor.

uses a special calibration utility program (DHM).

whenever a 6510 Signal Input module is replaced.
