Throttle Position (TP) Sensor Check
The Throttle Position (TP) sensor check watches for certain failure modes and stores the appropriate DTC.
The following DTCs apply to the throttle position sensor:

P0123
P0121
P2135
P0222
P0223
P0221
Circuits are monitored and DTCs are set if voltages are above or below voltage values specified in the PCED
manual.

TP low input (MIL, ETC light, pedal follower with RPM guard)
TP 1 high input (MIL, ETC light, pedal follower with RPM guard)
TP 1 range/performance (non-MIL)
TP 1/TP 2 voltage correlation (ETC light, non-MIL, Pedal Follower Guard)
TP 2 circuit continuity (MIL, ETC light, Pedal Follower with RPM Guard)
TP 2 high input, circuit continuity (MIL, ETC light, Pedal Follower with RPM
