Does the fault appear only sporadically?

Update software to version 1.69 or higher.

Check thermal switch B0 and cooling fan for proper operation. Make sure that the air intake area is
not dirty. Error eliminated?

Replace communication cable between motor control and motor for test purposes and perform test
run. Switch unit on "I." Error eliminated?

Check the output voltage at connector X2 between terminals 1 and 2. Is approx. 320 V DC
present?
No
Yes
No voltage present. Check voltage supply at Voltage present. Replace fan motor.

208 V AC?

Check fuses F1 and F1.1. Is one defective?
Yes Yes No
Power board defective. Replace component. Check main contactor Q1 and control board A1.
