Fault messages & troubleshooting
Check thermal switch B0 and cooling fan for proper
operation. Make sure that the air intake area is not
dirty. Error eliminated?
Replace communication cable between motor control
and motor for test purposes and perform test run.
Switch unit on "I." Error eliminated?
Check the output voltage at connector X2 between
terminals 1 and 2. Is approx. 320 V DC present?
No voltage present. Check voltage supply at
connector X1 on power board. Is it approx.
230 V AC?
Power board defective. Replace component.
