Mounting
Lay together the second end at the carrier

bracket (10).
Adapt the length of one toothed belt end and

fasten it as tight as possible with the toothed
belt lock belonging to the carrier bracket.
Knock in the locking pin (15).

8.7.3 Tensioning the toothed belt
Information for a toothed belt that is too long:
Open the toothed belt lock, shorten the toothed belt, close the toothed belt lock.

Ensure that the toothed belt is tensioned and does not have any slack.

Use a screwdriver between the guide roller (16)
X
and buffer (6) to press the guide roller (16) in the
track (2) slightly outwards.
