To replace parts inside the fryer, lower the control by doing the following:
Place the main power switch to the off position. The switch is labeled POWER/

OFF/PUMP.
Remove the two screws from the bottom of the control.

Carefully slide the control upward until it lifts off the metal hangers.
3 3 ) )
With the fryer door closed, place the lower edge of the control in the slot

between the door and the frame of the fryer.

Raise the control, and then hook it on the metal hangers that hold the top of the

control in place.
Install the two screws in the bottom of the control.

Reconnect power to the fryer.

Follow the steps outlined in
Control , page
Note the locations of the connectors on the back of the control

Remove the connectors, and then swap out the old control for the new.
