1. Press and hold
shows in the display, followed by ENTER CODE.
2. Enter code 1, 1, 2, 2, 1, 1, 2, 2 (first 2 product buttons).
3. "A. TECH" & "RESETS" show in displays. Press
button twice and "C. CLOCK" and "SET" show in the
displays.
4. Press √ button and "CS-1 ENTER DATE MM-DD-YY"
shows in the left display. Use the product buttons
5. Press button and "CS-2 ENTER TIME" shows in left
display and time flashes in right display. Use product
buttons
6. Press button and "CS-2 ENTER TIME" shows in left
display and "AM" or "PM" flashes in right display. Use the
buttons to change from AM to PM or vice-versa.
7. Press button and "CS-3 TIME FORMAT" shows in left
display and "12-HR" or "24-HR" shows in right display.
Use the buttons to change from a 12 hour time
format to a 24 hour time format or vice-versa.
8. Press button and "CS-4 DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME"
shows in the left display. Use the
daylight saving time for your area: 1.OFF; 2.US (2007
& after); 3.EURO; or 4.FSA (US before 2007)
Data communications and heat controls settings are shown
in Level 3 Program Mode. But, to ensure proper operation
of fryer, please consult Henny Penny Corp. before changing
any of these settings. For more information on these
