To replace the pump, remove the four Allen screws, front plate, rotor, and rollers

from pump. Place the pump onto shaft and against the seal shaft. Place the 1/2
inch bolts through the pump and into the motor and tighten. Then replace rotor,
rollers, front plate, and tight Allen screws.

To replace the pump and motor assembly, insure the main power has been

removed from the fryer.

Remove the cover from the junction box and remove the wire nuts attaching

wires leading into the flexible conduit going to the motor.
Loosen the two screws securing the flexible conduit to the 90º conduit connector
