5.13. EDID Management (Encoder)

The Advanced EDID Management is available also by sending LW3 protocol commands. The structure of the
EDID memory can be found in the
EDID Menu

5.13.1. Querying the Emulated EDID

Command and Response
ç GET•/EDID.EdidStatus
æ pr•/EDID.EdidStatus=<EDID_mem_loc>:E1

<EDID_mem_loc>
The EDID memory location I1-I132: Factory preset EDIDs
E1 means the Emulated EDID memory location (Input port).

INFO:
There are empty slots in the Factory EDID range for future developments. See the
section.
Example

æ pr /EDID.EdidStatus=F47:E1
Explanation
F47 EDID (Factory #47) is currently emulated on the input port of the Encoder (E1).

5.13.2. Setting the Emulated EDID on the Input Port
