Cause
Reset and recovery
If motor keeps rotating indefinitely,
replace the following components in
this order:
• wire harness;
• motor;
• optical sensor;
• controller.
See 8.5. Cleaning and maintenance,
page 62.
Press to reset the time.
Connect the power.
Replace motor.
Check turbine and controller settings.
Correct time setting according to
instructions.
See 5.4.4. Regeneration time, page 44.
Reset and recovery
Replace the spring.
Remove debris.
Set pump or pressure regulator to
maintain 1.38 bar (20 psi) dynamic at
softener's inlet.
Change drain to remove restriction.
Clean injector and screen.
Replace injector.
Put controller momentarily into brine
cycle (C2).
Replace or repair air check if needed.
Check flapper 1, clean seat and
flapper, replace if necessary.
