7.10 Setting Relays
Relay 1, 2, 3, and 4 Function Assignments
The flow meter, depending upon the model, provides four alarm relays. Please refer to the
Appendix A (Page 163) for wiring details. Relays respond to any of the alarm conditions or
data functions included on the Relay Option List.

High LiquIdent value relay trip-point.
Low LiquIdent value relay trip-point.
High liquid viscosity value relay trip-point.
Low liquid viscosity value relay trip-point.
High temperature value relay trip-point.
Low temperature value relay trip-point.
System flow rate exceeds high flow set point.
System flow rate falls below low flow set point.
System flow rate exceeds or falls below flow set points.
System loses receive signal (all paths in fault).
System sensor spacing needs adjusting.
Empty pipe alarm.
Batch/Sample total advances.
Aeration percentage exceeds alarm set point.
Interface setpoint exceeded.
Flow is in negative direction.
Positive total volume advances 1 digit.
Negative total volume advances 1 digit.
System fault warning occurs when 1 or more paths are in
fault.
Fault condition - memory mode active.
Pig detection value relay trip-point exceeded.
