Diagnostics
The resistance or temperature value calculated by the I/O module is above the lower
temperature/resistance limit.
The resistance or temperature value calculated by the I/O module is below the lower
temperature/resistance limit.
The resistance or temperature value calculated by the I/O module is below the upper
temperature/resistance limit.
The resistance or temperature value calculated by the I/O module is above the upper
temperature/resistance limit.
The resistance or temperature value calculated by the I/O module is above the lower
temperature/resistance limit parameterized by the user.
The resistance or temperature value calculated by the I/O module is below the lower
temperature/resistance limit parameterized by the user.
The resistance or temperature value calculated by the I/O module is below the upper
temperature/resistance limit parameterized by the user.
The resistance or temperature value calculated by the I/O module is above the upper
temperature/resistance limit parameterized by the user.
"Indicate short circuit" is OFF or there is no short circuit.
