Performing an Exam

Starting a Refraction From Previously Saved, Transferred, or Input Data

1. Tap the drop-down list in the center display area or press the AR or LM button on the keypad to select
the data to be used (e.g., LM, AR). The data from the boxes are transferred to the active refraction
data field.
Note: The data label reflects where the data came from (e.g., LM, AR).
2. Adjust measurements from this starting point.
3. Once an adjustment is made, the center label changes to Subjective.

Running a Program

In the main screen, the programs created are displayed in the Run Program panel in the lower right cor-
ner of the screen.
1. To start a program, tap the program number. The first step of the program automatically begins.
2. Press the CONTROL KNOB to advance to the next step after completing a step in the program.
3. Tap the pause icon at the bottom right of the screen to pause the program. The icon will change to a
play icon (green triangle). Tap the play icon to resume the program.
4. Tap the stop icon to stop and exit the program.
