After the viewer program is installed, the ActiveX Control message is displayed if the MPEG-4 player
component (MPEG-4 Player Module for V4) needs to be run. Follow the procedure below and run the
component.

When the pop-up block message is displayed in Internet Explorer, click the message and select
[Pop-up Blocked] ® [Temporarily Allow Pop-ups].
2.
When the ActiveX Control message is displayed in Internet Explorer, click the message and select
[Run Add-on on All Websites].
