(a) When setting data has been already written using peripheral
device or AD71TU.
The following shows the program when parameter, zero return
data, and positioning data
have been already written to the
AlSD71 buffer memory using a peripheral device
or
AD71TU.
(However some data should be written to the parameter using
a sequence program.)
