Installation—Non-FCC Registered Music Source
1 . Determine port assignment of feature from Feature-Related System Parameters
Form:
2 . Identify carrier slot and label both ends of an A25D cable.
3 . Run and connect A25D cable from assigned port carrier slot to 25-pair connector
on auxiliary cabinet's ED-1E443-10 Intra-Connection Panel (see Figure 3-123).
4 . Run and connect A25D cable from 25-pair connector on ED-1E443-10 Intra-
Connection Panel to switch side of cross-connect field (see Figure 3-123).
Install yellow (auxiliary) label on 110 terminal block.

6 . Mount 36A voice coupler.
Remove cover from 36A voice coupler and make connections to 110-type wiring

blocks on ED-1E443-10 Intra-Connection Panel (see Figure 3-123).
8 . Connect output of 2012D transformer to AC and ACG terminals on 36A voice
coupler.
9 . Plug 2012D transformer into 117-volt power outlet not under control of a wall
switch.
10. Install cover on 36A voice coupler.
11. Install patch cord or jumper wires at cross-connect field.
12. Install music source per manufactuer's instructions.
13. Connect 2-pair line cord (modular plug at one end) from information outlet to
music source (see Figure 3-123).
14. Administer per AT&T System 75 and System 75 XE Implementation and A T & T
System 75 and System 75 XE Administration.
