This installs the Detector Flash Updater.

3.1.4 MSDE installation

If you selected Database installation when you installed the Trendline software,
the Setup Wizard automatically starts installation:
1. Please select whether you want to
a) install MSDE and register database,
b) only install MSDE or
c) register databases with an existing MSDE/SQL server
and click Continue.
