■ Output format
● When the measured value is output
Outputs the measured value as a 21-bit binary number (2's complement).
(Example1)
When the measured value is "+1.23456" (The number of digits after the decimal point is
the default (5 digits).)

When the measured value is "-1.23456"
-123456 (decimal) o 111100001110111000000 (binary)
When multiple tasks are output continuously, the currently output task number is output in the
BINARY_OUT output.
