Power/Communication Board Replacement

To replace boards, follow the instructions below.
Step 3
Loosen screws and washers
to remove cover
Section A
Remove Enclosure Cover
and Disconnect Cables
Step 1 - Perform Steps from Section A & B
Step 4
Disconnect Power
Supply Harness
Step 2
Loosen standoffs
and pull power
supply board
from enclosure
Step 3
Disconnect Power Supply Harness
from Power Supply Board
Section C
Replace Power Supply
Step 2
Disconnect the coiled
interface cable
(PN 132750)

Step 1
Disconnect the
power cord
Step 2
Disconnect power wire
harness from interface board
Step 3
Disconnect wires from
interface board, if needed
Step 4
Remove screws and
disconnect ground
wire from board
Reinstall new boards by reversing the steps.
Note
If replacing Bluetooth PCB, MAC ID labels on
enclosure must also be replaced.

Pull Interface board
from enclosure.
Section B
Replace Interface Board
