Table A-15 LED Reject Codes

Error
Slanted Bill Insertion Re-insert the bill straight.
Check all lenses for dirt or scratches. To clean the
lenses and sensor, refer to Section 2 regarding
Magnetic Sensor
Preventive Maintenance. An Upper Sensor Board
pattern error
failure may have occurred. Check all harnesses and
connectors. To change the Upper Sensor Board refer to
Section 4 regarding Circuit Board Removal.
Paper detected
Remove the paper jam from the Acceptor path and
inside the Acceptor
clean the lenses. To clean the lenses and sensor, refer

to Section 2 regarding Preventive Maintenance. An
Upper and/or Lower Sensor Board failure may have
occurred. Check all harnesses and connectors. To
