Directory

The Yealink IP phones provide several types of phone directories, depending on the phone models and what the sys-
tem administrator has set for you.
The phones provide the following types of directories:

Local Directory

Blacklist

Mobile Contacts

Google Contacts

Remote Phone Book
l
Local Directory
You can store up to 1000 contacts and 48 groups in your local directory, allowing you to edit, delete, search or simply
dial a contact from the local directory.

Adding Contact Groups
To organize your contacts and make them easier to find, you can add additional groups in the local directory.
When you add a group in the local directory, you can specify a ring tone for this group.
Procedure
1. Tap ->Setting->New Group.
2. Enter the desired group name.
3. Tap

4. Tap after the group name to specify a ring tone for the group.
5. Tap the desired ring tone in the pop-up dialog box.
6. Tap OK.
Editing Contact Groups
You can change the group name at any time.
