Ball screw
(1) Pass the U2 belt through the ball screw spline
spline unit
Installation
(2) Secure the ball screw spline shaft on lower side
(3) Mount the ball screw spline unit.
(4) Grease the shaft.
(5) Install the arm top cover and arm bottom cover.
(6) Turn OFF the Controller and peripheral equipment.
(7) Install the end effector, and connect wires and tubes.
(8) This step is only for Cleanroom-model. Install the bellows.
(9) Perform the calibration of Joints #3 and #4.
