first two digits are the day, the second two digits are the month and the last two

Set/Read Instrument Name
The NAME command allows the user to store an ASCII text string as a "name" to
help identify the instrument. This is especially useful when there are several
instruments connected to the same Ethernet network, since it can be used as a more
convenient alternative to the serial number as an aid to identification.
When sent with a string of up to 64 characters as a parameter, the string will be
stored. When sent without characters the instrument will respond with the stored
string. For example:
NAME Optical absorption lab lock-in amplifier
will set the name to "Optical absorption lab lock-in amplifier"; sending NAME with
no parameters will return:
Optical absorption lab lock-in amplifier
Auto Default
The ADF command performs an auto-default operation according to the following
table:
