connected.

encountered an internal
error during its operation.
The temperature detected
by the PNC001 module has
exceeded its safe operating
temperature.
PNC001 application code
restarted due to a
hardware watchdog
timeout.
The PROFINET Controller
has become heavily loaded
with activity.
PROFINET Controller is
running at or above the
maximum supported load.
I/O updates experienced by
the PLC may be slower than
optimal. Refer to Section
3.1.1.
Load applied to PROFINET
Controller has been
reduced to or below the
maximum supported load,
after it was previously
heavily loaded. Refer to
Section 3.1.1.

Recommended
Correction
Reconnect the configured critical
network ports.
Contact customer service.
Reduce the temperature of the
environment where the PNC001
module is operating.
Contact customer service.
No action is required if no PROFINET
system performance is observed. If
action is required to run the
PROFINET Controller at or below the
maximum supported load, reduce the
load on PROFINET Controller, using
one or both of the following methods:
▪ Increase the configured update
rate value (i.e. IO received less
frequently) of one or more
PROFINET Devices configured on
the PROFINET Controller.
▪ Reduce the number of PROFINET
Devices configured on the
PROFINET Controller.
