7) Break in the hinges by working the stabi-
lizer up and down a number of times. This
will reduce the initial load on the servo when
the servo is connected for the first time.
8) Fit the tail wheel assembly into the slot
at the bottom of the rudder. Use a small
amount of 5-minute epoxy to glue the tail
wheel into position in the rudder.
9) Slide the rudder into position, guiding the
tab on the tail wheel knuckle into the slot at
the bottom of the rudder.

10) Check to make sure the counterbalance
can move freely without hitting the top of
the fin. Apply thin CA to each of the hinges.
Make sure to fully saturate both sides of the
hinges.
