Coat a new seal ring with coolant and install it into
the groove in the thermostat.
Install the thermostat into the water pump, align the
tab of the thermostat with the groove in the water
pump.
THERMOSTAT
Install a new rubber seal into the thermostat hous-
ing cover groove.
